Carlos started on time and was very professional. The work was exceptional. Cleaned after work was completed. Very pleased with the work. Will hire him soon for other projects. Would highly recommend Carlos to my neighbors and friends.

I had carlos demo my damaged driveway apron area . And replace with new concrete apron . Carlos and one of his workers acted in a professional manner always. There work was extremely neat and well thought out. He was always willing to answer any questions that i asked of him . If you are in need of a reliable , hardworking, knowledgeable contractor he is the guy you need to hire .

Carlos and his crew are reliable. The price is reasonable. The work was impeccable and anything that came up was addressed immediately. I would hire them no matter where they worked. They were great.

*** STAY AWAY *** Carlos from Spain construction did a really poor quality work. I hired him to put vinyl plank flooring in my closets. The flooring is uneven all around after he installed. When I asked him to come and fix it he was accusatory and complained that the structure was uneven. He never once told us anything about the subfloor being uneven before laying down the vinyl planks. It was his work quality that was so poor and caused the final floor to be uneven. The floor is uneven after the installation of vinyl because the padding he laid under the floor was laid down unevenly. He even has bad, accusatory and condescending behavior to his clients. I wasted hundreds of dollars in his labor and other hundreds on the supplies and floors. I would never recommend him to anyone. STAY AWAY.

"My name is Carlos Salinas, I did 170 sq. ft. of vinyl to this person, [2 waking closets]. and I charged to him $500 for labor, this guy supposedly provide the materials, he had only some boxes of the floor. I had to buy the rest , lend him the money, and when I requested for my money he got angry. after that he wanted change a big lamp, change a door, install quarter round, take shelves out and put them back, and he got very angry because I was charging to do that. he said, I GIVE YOU A BIG JOB AND YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR SMALL JOBS?. I am really happy it was only $500 job, if it had been $6000, I would have had to build him a new house, this kind of people shouldn't hire a company, he should have hired $10 hour people. to save money, on the other hand he he wanted fix the house structure with a 90 cents vinyl floor. I have hundreds of customers, and I have never seen a person like this guy"

Carlos Salinas, the owner, is a hard working, diligent guy who obviously takes pride in his work. He is not only a talented mason, but an experienced contractor. A true Jack of All Trades. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine gentleman.

Carlos did a great job repairing my deck and removing tile from my patio. He was on time and even continued on when it began raining. Would definitely hire again!
