This tile setter was extremely skilled in the craft, but his customer service "personality" left much to be desired. Clearly a very smart individual, but he talked non-stop (almost in a frenzy), language was very "colorful", and communication regarding what time he would show up to do the work was almost non-existent, until I repeatedly emailed or texted him to get an ETA.

Nikola had excellent insight for my kitchen backsplash project. I had bought tile to use and he worked well with what I had, small measuring hiccup, but we came up with a great solution/compromise! Would recommend Spalenka Industries, LLC for all tile projects big or small. Great communication, clean hard worker and beautiful product for great price.

Hired this contractor to do a guest bathroom and the work was shoddy, showed lack of attention to detail on tile setting and used a poor choice of the type of tile setting materials that he used. He was confrontational when asked about his work and he has a poor work ethic.

Nick was meticulous in his work. The weather caused his schedule to be delayed but once he started, he finished with the utmost care and expertise. The tile business shorted the order for one type of tile and ordered too much for the liner. We came up with a solution and Nick implemented the idea beautifully! I love the finished wall!

Nick is such a gr8 person...very friendly and responsive...listens to the customer and wants to please. NOT to mention an incredible Tile Layer and very CREATIVE! We are pleased with the work he's done for us with our Fort Collins remodel! His prices are unbeatable for his meticulous ways...very FAIR and should be charging MORE to be honest! Hard Worker!!!
