We own a few restaurants, and he has done a lot of work for us. Initially we had hired him to build a utility closet for us and he got right to work. I told him what kind of door we needed, and he started shopping to meet our needs. He came back to us and told us that he would be able to deliver a higher quality product with better materials for less money if he simply built the door himself. We agreed that he would build the door and at the end of the day he saved us money and provided better quality. Drake is a young man and is great at what he does for a couple of reasons: He really cares about his work and the job he performs, he takes his time to make sure it gets done right the first time, He is always contentious about the budget and knows how to maximize value, and he really gives me hope for the younger generation! It is refreshing when I see a man his age that has the drive and determination to be successful in anything he does. I really respect this young man! I know that if I need something done at one of my restaurants he is the guy to go to. If I tell him that I need him to go take care of this situation over there in that restaurant, he will go there, size up situation and get it fixed. I never have to worry! I have very high standards and he might have higher standards than me! I respect him because he will do exactly what he said he will do, and if something is not right he will fix it!
