Sparkkles had to redo several pieces of the remediation work 2 or 3 times before it was done correctly. I guess they didn't think I would check it thoroughly. Because several pieces of the remediation had to be done more than once, a 1 week job took about 1 month to complete. Also, I feel there were communication problems because the person I talked to at Sparkkles was rarely at the job site. And the 2 people that were doing most of the work spoke very little English.
