Sparkle & Shine

After the first cleaning, I paid her $600.00 in advance for six months to "lock in the current rate". She was scheduled to clean every other Friday. She showed up for the first and second cleanings, she wanted to visit with family on the third date and we agreed to cancel the appointment. Two weeks later she showed up for the 'fourth' cleaning. She missed the fifth scheduled cleaning, she did not call. I left a message for her to call me, that this arangement is not working out and I want a refund. She has not called me back, or contacted me in any way. I am very dissapointed, I want a refund, and really do not want to take it to court,

She did a wonderful job. My cabinets and floor just shined. I will definately recommend her to my friends and will call her again.

Jeanette spoke with me on the phone and came out to my house to meet me and take a look before the first cleaning. I found her to polite, friendly, and professional. She just finished the first cleaning, and I was very pleased with the results. I have had my house cleaned in the past, and Jeanette's services matched or exceeded my prior experiences. And her prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Sparkle & Shine to anyone looking for a great cleaning company with the personal touch.

Jeanette is very friendly and does a great job. She cleaned my home from top to bottom, making sure that I was satisfied and that she was doing what I wanted. I would recommend Jeanette to anyone looking for a professional, friendly person to clean their home.

I was paying $50 for her to be at my home less than 1 1/2 hours. Did not clean under the back of the toilets, or sweep and wipe up the bathroom floors behind the bathroom doors. Did not vacuum carpeted stairs to the basement, never dusted my dining room chairs. Did not vacuum the dining room carpet. Also told me she would clean the blinds in our bedrooms and that was never done. Did not dust bedroom dressers. I also thought when someone cleaned, they would empty the waste baskets. This also was never done.

She did an awesome job, I will definitely hire her again.
