Sparkle Tile Zone

I requested a quote from Roberto for a tile installation for my bathroom. I explained to Roberto from Sparkle tile that I would provide everything he needed. He submitted a quote two days later and we agreed on a start date. The day came when work was to begin. My girlfriend reported to me Roberto showed up with another gentleman before she dropped the kids off to school. Upon her arrival back to the house, Roberto and the other guy were gone. Halfway through the day, she asked me if Roberto was planning on returning to the house. I text Roberto and three hours later he responded with the following *I did make it to your house this morning, But you give half of my contract to someone else, just give them the whole contract. I don t share my contracts with others.* I had no clue what he was talking about and asked him to explain but he never did. No other word was spoken from him. This is why I give him poor review all around. No communication, hours to respond and no respect for the customer. He could have called me and explain to me like a professional his concern. I believe he had me confused with another client or was possibly inebriated.

Very Friendly, and took their time. I’m absolutely pleased with the work. I paid a little more than I wanted but they supplied things so it all came out pretty close to my other quotes. They are experienced. I would highly recommend them. Everyone that sees my floors are like wow. The tiles I picked were long and heavy too. I love it. They worked around us living in our home too.

Robert and his staff are professionals. They are conscientious and are extremely punctual. They also clean up after they’ve completed the work for the day, and the project ... I was so satisfied with the work done on the first project, I’ve asked him for a bid on a much larger renovation project. My wife was also elated with the quality of their work. She wants me to file their phone number for future work... I would highly recommend...

They were able to repair a previously poorly done job and bring the standards to an acceptable level. Not necessarily an easy job, very impressed with what they were able to accomplish.

I have yet to have the work done...I sent them a check for $630 to purchase the tile and am waiting for a call to install and complete the job??? Not good business when you can not afford to buy the necessary material for a job.....gb

After 5 estimates, we were able to get the outdoor balcony tile job over the garage done! It looks great! Even with a rain delay, they were able to pick up where they left off and there was no leaks. The flexibility they had was great and once we came across any issues during demo, we went over options and cost and kept the job moving. Thank you!

did shower floor, only did what I needed, looks great

We had our master bathroom shower tiled. He came out and did his estimate. He was right on what he had estimated. He was so nice that he offered to do our grout work for our backsplash in the kitchen. We paid him extra because he did such a good job. We now are getting estimates for our shower doors and even they are commenting on how good the tile work is. Great company. We will be hiring them for our other bathroom when we have the time.
