Very personable and knowledgeable. They pointed out animal spots in our carpets that we didn't even know were there. Very conscious of walking through our new home with clean shoes so they did not track dirt onto the clean carpets. Would feel comfortable referring them to others as they did a great job.

Jeff did an excellent job on my carpets. The reason I gave 4 stars was because we were advised that the carpet would be dry in 1-4 hours. Job was completed at 3:30 pm but our carpet was actually too wet to put furniture back until the following morning. But, wow what a beautiful job of cleaning!!! Amazed at the dirt that was in our carpeting. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Jeff!

This is a family run business and they really do a great job. They are very friendly and personable and I will go back to them in the future. I cannot say enough good about them. I would recommend them to anyone because of the excellent job they did in my home. Every time I look at my carpets, I feel good.

He also did my sister's house and her carpets were much worse than mine. Jeff pulled out all the stops using every trick in the book. The carpets went from looking like they belonged in a dump to looking almost brand new.
