This was the most professional trade service that I have ever hired. Despite busy times during the pandemic aftermath, Jim Bahrakis remained responsive, expert in his plumbing craft, professional, and displayed excellent customer service. He took his time doing tasks expertly. Great education about plumbing and heating was offered and appreciated. Jim answered every text or email sent in a very timely manner. His coworkers were also outstanding. Big projects like this cause a lot of worrying and Kingdom Plumb made everything feel better about this task. Use this plumber if you need any plumbing work in the future. The sense of relief that I feel now is priceless.

We got our new high efficiency boiler just in the nick of time thanks to Jim Bahrakis and his team, Our old one was leaking and dripping everywhere (27 years old) Jim answered within 10 minutes on home Adviser, Came on Saturday to give us a quote, installed our new system on Thursday For a really good price. What a fantastic job they did, now we have a beautiful new high efficiency boiler just in time for winter! We had been looking for a plumber that we could trust for years now we've found Jim! Due to our house being built in 1900 there were some minor unexpected issues. Jim communicated with us throughout the whole process which was great. Highly recommend him. Iâ ve already passed his name to a couple of my friends already who were very pleased with him and his work.

Initially, I  was disappointed, Mr. Bahrakis worked with me to successfully resolve the issue and I would have no qualms about refiring him to others 

Booking was easy and done in a timely manner. There were a few unexpected repairs. Jim kept me informed of unexpected expenses.

Jim was very responsive, he was able to complete the job 2 days from the requested date. The lower rating is because the work was not done per code from the beginning and it took 2 weeks to apply for permits after the job completion and this is when we discovered the discrepancy and we failed inspection. Jim and his team were efficient and eventually were able to complete the job as requested and per code. But after a delay of more than a month (Covid kicked in at some point). I would recommend Jim and his team considering my situation was just bad luck.

Excellent work! On time, very reasonably priced and I would definitely calll Jim and his team for any future projects. They left our basement in better condition than it was and that was a major plus! Do not call anyone else!

I Requested a Quote and James showed up to my House, I Explained to him what I wanted to do in my house ,,, "Change From Oil to Gas and Add Central Air" , He also Recommended me to see what was going on with my water tank , we saw Calcium build up on the Tank (10 years old) after we talked a little bit of how the job was going to be done, I knew Right there that I wanted James to Do the Job ,Well Knowledge (he knows his stuff) , 3 1/2 days later I have my Tankless water Heater, My Gas Heat and Central Air Conditioner , I WOULD RECOMMEND AND HIRE JAMES BAHRAKIS ANY DAY 100% , Clean and neat Job. I called Jim when my hot water heater burst and he was able to fit me in very quickly, which was greatly appreciated. I had him come out a few days later to replace my furnace and A/C unit as well. Throughout the entire process, he was always very responsive whenever I reached out to him. He always kept me informed about when he was expecting to be at the house and let me know if he was running a bit late. Besides being extremely professional, he was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He even gave me some great advice on the MASS Save refinance options and rebates. I would highly recommend him to anyone and if I ever need a plumber in the future I know who I'll be reaching out to.
