I got an over the phone quote for $240. Once they arrived, we did a walk through and they mentioned that the price would be more than the original quote. I asked how much it would cost after looking over the house and was told $480. I was in the middle of moving 1000 miles away so I decided $480 was fair. I left the following morning and they came in to continue without me there. They then call me and say that the price went up to $720 and that they needed another day which would increase the price more. I had them stop because I thought I would be paying $480. They then tell me that the original quote was $580 which was untrue. They then told me that they didn't like to see a job unfinished so they would do it for the $580 if I paid them then so I paid the $580. I didn't hear from them the next day so I figured they took the money and ran. I had my realtor go to check what had been done and she could not get in. They took our house key and never returned it after we were told they would return it. I ended up having to pay someone to unlock it for me. After getting the door open. We found that they had in fact not finished the cleaning nor did they remove the trash accumulated from the cleaning they did do.

Barbara and her team were amazing! I had not used a cleaning service in years and was skeptical of companies with repeated bad reviews. I also was looking for a great value. Knowing that Value and a great job donâ  t usually go hand in hand, I started my search on Angiâ s list and home advisor. Sparkle and Shine LLCâ s reviews were good so I went ahead and booked Barbara for a Move Out clean. Her reviews should have read STELLAR! I canâ  t say enough about how great the place looks!! I thought my condo was in good shape, but after I saw how clean she had gotten my master bathroom, I realized how clean it was not!!! Barbara was able to fit me in very quickly after my first call. She and her team were prompt and extremely thorough! You could now eat off the floor and the baseboards are totally WHITE and SHINY!!! They found all the details that I would have missed. They wiped walls and blinds and corners of cabinets that havenâ t seen a rag like, EVER! Worth every penny!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Services, LLC to everyone I know!! Iâ  m going to schedule her for a Deep Clean on my new place!

Very friendly and personable. They did a great job and kept in constant communication if they had a question. My house took a lot, so they let me know it was going to take a little longer and made sure that was okay. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again!

They did not give a written quote for how much time would be needed to complete the job only the astronomical cost of $40 per hour per person for deep cleaning. Reluctantly I hired them thinking it could not possibly take more than 5-6 hours for 2 people, it took them 12 hours and they did not even finish 3500 square feet. They did a thorough job but were extra slow, one followed the other around with a shop vac...ridiculous Very disappointed and I felt taken advantage of.

Upon arrival we discussed a deep cleaning. I asked how much that would cost and was told that they charged by the hour. Unfortunately, I did not ask the price per hour. The owner, Barbara, told me previously in a phone conversation that a regular cleaning would be between $150 to $175. I thought with a deep cleaning the price might double or be a little more than double. Much to my surprise, after six and a half hours of cleaning and floors had not been damp mopped, my husband asked the price and was told $800, which was well beyond the amount we thought we would be paying. I asked the person in charge to stop cleaning because the cost had gone beyond what I could afford to pay. She finished damp mopping the floor and I paid her $720 for six hours of cleaning. I realize my house needed a deep cleaning but had I known the price per hour, I would have set a limit on no more than four hours and prioritize what could be accomplished in four hours. This company charges $40 per person per hour cleaning in the house. I will say they did a thorough deep cleaning job. I'm satisfied with the quality of cleaning but I am not satisfied with paying $120 per hour for cleaning, even deep cleaning. This company needs to provide the client with a written statement of cost per hour since they charge by the hour in order for the client to determine the amount of time they can afford.

Super clean, fast and reliable. Hired them for a one time cleaning and was so impressed with the job that we signed up for regular house cleanings. They've come about twice a month for six months now and we are completely satisfied.
