We were told that for every three rooms you buy, you get one hallway free. They did not bother doing the hallway. We then called to complain, they said they would come back out on a certain day to fix it and never showed up. After numerous phone calls, they stopped answering my calls and responding back to my messages. Horrible customer service. Horrible, horrible experience.

"The owner was out of town only paid us to do three rooms the old renters were shown the finished work and were satisfied the new renters thought the carpet needed replaced or they wanted ther deposit back (fyi)it was a college rental house with 4-6 studentens sharing rent owner tried to put us in the middle its not or job to smooth out conflicts between renters & owner very un fair review"
