They were great! Very professional, took their time, asked questions, they were very thorough, and I appreciated that

I had one major request, and that was to have a bathroom cleaned. I had noted that it was filthy. They were unable to clean it fully. They did clean the rest of the location decently, although it wasn't the main reason why I called.

The owner's Viviana and Johnny Stephens were outstanding. They were very friendly and professional. They also supplied me with plastic booties to wear and layed down paper for me to walk on. I am very pleased with thier services. My carpet looks like new again.

James and David came to clean our apt. They were on time at the venue. They both were very courteous and very informative. They gave us suggestions on maintaining the carpet as well as tips on home repairs. They were honest in letting us know what areas they couldn't get to or were unreachable. It was raining but still they cleaned all windows from outside. All rooms were cleaned very nicely including the bathrooms. The fragrance from the carpet cleaning was pleasant. We found their service very professional.

I was more than impressed with their services. Not one flaw or mistake. They were on time, they were dressed professionally, they could not have been more polite. They went right to work, I hardly knew they were here. It looked like they had layed new carpeting. Mine was a challenge, believe me. I will use them again in the future, every time.
