Post Construction Clean up
I had a great experience with Sparkling Cleaning Services. They came in to my newly purchased home, after having the hardwood floors refinished and cleaned every corner and crevice. Customers be aware! I never leave a negative review for anything, but would hate for this to happen to anyone! Was quoted $250.00 to deep clean my floors, cleaning of 2 bathrooms and kitchen! Was told 3 people would clean for the job, and as long as it takes to get job done, with no hourly limit! They showed up an hour and 45 min late with 2 people! They moderately cleaned for 2 hours and 10 min and rushed out to another job! After reviewing the work once they left, floors were still a mess, hallway not cleaned, bathroom shower and toilet not cleaned, oven in kitchen wasn t done! What did I pay for? I had to vacuum and clean after they left! I called Marinette to explain my dissappointment and give her another chance. She said she would come back the following week and to clean and to make up for the horrible job! Day came and went! No show from this company! Not even a text or call to tell me she won t make it! I don t know about you, but I work hard for my money! Shame on you Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They were 1 hr. late, but it was OK. Original estimate was $650 for 6-61/2 hrs. and they only worked 2 & 3/4 hrs. Cleaning was more than satisfactory. 3 yrs. ago I paid $400 for the same cleaning by another firm who worked for 6 hrs. I expected at least 2 back mounted vacuums for ceiling & wall cleaning and they only had one. I was caught in a pre holiday home construction cleaning rush and the only co. that could do the job was Sparkling Cleaning.

"it was 3 worker in place of 2 works...I talk to Jeffrey and Catherine and its great for them.....my worker stayed for 4 hours....wish is equivalent to 12 hours......if it will be for 2 person it will be 6hrs....some time we as business owners have to explain better.....because some customers don't understand what we are saying ....it way a lot of construction dust through out the three family home...we did a top to bottom.....it was a job.....and I chance for the job .....for construction job we don't chance by the hour.......marinette"

They left the place sparkling clean, and got nearly all the dust bunnies out from corners not cleaned in ages. Very pleasant to deal with, did a top-to-bottom clean in 3 hours, including windows and blinds - but missed a couple. My only quibble - they need to do a check at the end to see that everything is straightened up and returned to its original location. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Did an incomplete job, did not do things well. Things were left dirty, there was mud on the shower floor. Toilet, soap dish and the area around the toilet were not cleaned. Things were only half dusted. None of the glass by the doors or the glass tables in the living room were cleaned, and my stainless steel stove was scratched all over the entire top.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Never received a quote, was hour and a half late, even after arriving she would not give me the quote. She was at the door and she didn't finish the cleaning, she was in hurry to get out and she charged me 450, 3 times more then she usually does. They damaged my stove, their scrub that so much, the paint is gone. I called her many times, she said her mother rub to hard but never called me back to come up with the resolutions.
