"The problem he was having showed up the following year and was caused by winter debris causing a stain line to form on the pool wall. We followed up by making multiple trips and introducing a mineral control product to the water which took care of the stain. When we finished the customer was very satisfied."
"When we were called by Justin I informed him that he was just too far for us to service him, just as he has described. However he said that he has called all over and no one can help him out, I felt bad that he was unable to get the help that he needed. He continued to plead, and in a moment of weakness I said ok we will just add an extra $50 to cover the travel time. Again I was genuinely trying to help someone with his problem. At no point in this conversation do I recall him saying that he was going to take a day out of work to be there. When I let my partner know of my mistake he was livid with me. He reminded me that it was just too far and the lost time traveling would cost us completing one of our jobs for our existing customers that had mailed in their contract months ago and should have priority. In the rush to get our work done I simply forgot to email Justin as he has described above. When he called the morning of the 4th and asked if we were coming, I realized that I was in the wrong on this and I profusely apologized NUMEROUS times telling him I was very sorry, admitting that I forgot to send him an email. At this time he went off the wall at me as if I was the devil. After his triad I again apologized and in an effort to calm him down I offered to do the work the first of the following week. He was just too far gone At that point and he again went off on me. I was trying to be reasonable and work something out but could not communicate with him. Again I apologized and said I was sorry he felt this way but if he would not work with me then I cannot help him."
