No follow up! They do not answer phone calls and I gave them $13,000. Would not recommend them only for not responding to a problem!
Response by Sparkling Pool Products, LLC: The problem he was having showed up the following year and was caused by winter debris causing a stain line to form on the pool wall. We followed up by making multiple trips and introducing a mineral control product to the water which took care of the stain. When we finished the customer was very satisfied.

I was happy when my flooring and new liner were installed last year but when I opened this year, the liner was ripped, I called Ed Blais and he said he would come look at my patch, that was a month ago, since then I have more damage, I have more rips in the liner and believe it was faulty. Ed has not shown up and is now not returning calls, help!!!

I called this company on May 2nd and made an appointment with them to open my pool on May 4th. i was told that i lived quiet a distance away so he was going to charge me an extra $50 for the travel. he told me he was going to send me an email (which was NEVER SENT!), about the services and something to sign and he was going to come out and take full payment on May 4th when he arrived to service my pool. On May 4th at 8:30 am i called him to confirm the time and it was at this point he told me that they had decided that it was too far away for them and they were not going to come and do the service they had agreed to and made a commitment to do days prior so not only did he not send the email with the info he said he would send me, but he also had no intention of showing up for the appointment had had made with me just 2 days prior....and with out notice that has was no longer going to show up for this appointment and had already booked other appointments in our place he said he could do it maybe next week at some point but with out committing to any day or time and forcing me to try to take another day out of work after i had already taken this day for the service he had no intention of showing up for in the first place after he had committed to it just 2 day before!!!! THIS COMPANY CAN NOT HOLD TO ITS COMMITMENTS AND WILL PUT YOU OFF IT THEY FEEL YOU DONT FIT INTO THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT THEY WILL BUMP YOU OUT TO PUT SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR SPOT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL EITHER
Response by Sparkling Pool Products, LLC: When we were called by Justin I informed him that he was just too far for us to service him, just as he has described. However he said that he has called all over and no one can help him out, I felt bad that he was unable to get the help that he needed. He continued to plead, and in a moment of weakness I said ok we will just add an extra $50 to cover the travel time. Again I was genuinely trying to help someone with his problem. At no point in this conversation do I recall him saying that he was going to take a day out of work to be there. When I let my partner know of my mistake he was livid with me. He reminded me that it was just too far and the lost time traveling would cost us completing one of our jobs for our existing customers that had mailed in their contract months ago and should have priority. In the rush to get our work done I simply forgot to email Justin as he has described above. When he called the morning of the 4th and asked if we were coming, I realized that I was in the wrong on this and I profusely apologized NUMEROUS times telling him I was very sorry, admitting that I forgot to send him an email. At this time he went off the wall at me as if I was the devil. After his triad I again apologized and in an effort to calm him down I offered to do the work the first of the following week. He was just too far gone At that point and he again went off on me. I was trying to be reasonable and work something out but could not communicate with him. Again I apologized and said I was sorry he felt this way but if he would not work with me then I cannot help him.
