Mark from Sparkling Pools was awesome. He personally came out and assessed our needs. We intalled an energy efficient pump and a reverse flow valve with a new pool sweep. They had our gross beyond green pool to sparkling clean in less than one week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP!!!

So far, so good. Mark responded to my inquiry immediately, even though it was a holiday. The service techs have only come twice to date, but service so far has been excellent. His service techs appear to be very conscientious and have my pool looking great. They show up when they say they will, which is a big plus for me. Hopefully, this arrangement will continue for a long time.

I have no clue about pool maintenance, but this plumbing repair and maintenance (acid wash, light replacement, etc) worked out great. The guys came when they said they would, completed the work promptly, and worked well with my slightly noisy dog cheering them on. I'd recommend this company to others and will use Service Magic's web-based referral service again.
