This company does excellent work. After four months of COVID lockdown, my house was filthy. They did an excellent cleaning job and were reliable, friendly, and easy to work with. I m signing them up for regular visits.

Wow, the owner surprised me by coming herself to ensure the workers are doing a good job. She showed concern for me as a customer & was extremely professional in her dealing with her staff & with me. She wanted to make sure every one of my concerns were addressed in a satisfactory manner. Great service & great cleaners. They didn't stop for a minute -even though it was a warm day outside.

Cynthia visited first and assessed my job; I wanted a top to bottom "spring cleaning." On the appointed day Cynthia and her team of four arrived at 9:30 am. They were finished at 12:30 pm. Everything sparkling and fresh. I will definitely use Sparkling Touch again! Highly recommended.

She had a husband and wife team that took jewelry out of my house. When I asked her about this couple. She said they no longer worked for her. I wonder why!!!! It is only me and my wife in our home. It started when I went to target for razor blades put them in my storage area. After they had come to clean my house 4 packs of blades went missing. That is when it started. Then we noticed the jewelry missing. I questioned the owner but got nowhere with her. Do not hire her you will be sorry.
Response by Sparkling Touch Management: This client hired my company to go to clean on a regular basis. I sent two girls to clean his big house of three floors. I only charged the client 140 dollars to clean his whole house. The two girls could not continue to work because they had to travel from queens to Brooklyn and it will take them a long time to get there. They told that they did not want to go to them anymore. I had another two girls go and help them. Then I had the married couple to go and clean for them as well. The client says that the couple continually stole from them, razors and the last thing that they took was jewelry. While this allege robbery was happening, the client never told me anything about it. The client called me six months after the couple stopped working for him cleaning his house and told me about the incident. The client told me that they took the jewelry and that he had a camera in his room that he was going to check to see who took the jewelry. So I told him that I will speak to the couple and ask them about the jewelry. I also told the client to show me the video from the camera in his room. If it shows in the video that the couple took the jewelry, then he should take it to the police. The client never produced proof that the couple took the jewelry. I confronted the couple and asked them if they took jewelry from this client. They said no, never have taken anything from that client or anyone else?s. This couple does not work for me for a long time.
