Criminals. .the company is a total scam.. them filed Bankruptcy.. David Lapp and his crew should be charged and in put in jail.

Leroy did 2 projects for us. Very personable, honest, reliable. Would use them again

Did not show up. Left ticket of what he did when he didn't even test the water or empty filter basket. When I called to complain they just said they would look onto it. No offer of credit for services not rendered . Would definitely not recommend them.

The Tech was suppose to show up on a Thursday but did not show up till Friday because of the rain, and even when he did show up on Friday he never brushed the pool so I did it myself, cannot wait another week to see if it gets done.

They were willing to work on my system when others were not. But in three weeks they were only able to completely fix one of my three problems. They partially fixed the second. I could not figure out the third issue, it is still a mystery, but I had to leave, so it will have to wait.

They responded immediately to my request and were very professional.

They were very professional, got right back to me with answers to questions that I had in regards to changing my pool from chlorine to saltwater They explained the process to me in layman s terms which made it very comfortable in talking with them They also got the work done quickly and my pool looks fabulous. And when it came to pricing they are very competitive and in most cases we are less expensive I would put them down as the benchmark pool service

They are a very good company and the owner tries to make every thing right of you are not happy

were here in a timely manner ,repair was an easy fix for them ,hot tub is still operating with no problems,will use them again...

Wanted to charge $90 just to look at my project. Not very good.

I have had probably eight maintence companies over the last 9 years. This company is the most excellent I have had that goes from the office staff to the tech (very dedicated person). Very happy I chose this company

Last week was our first week with this company.The tech didn?t show up on our scheduled day. I called and was told he had a repair and would be out the next day. I wasn?t able to be here, but there was a slip left saying he cleaned the pool and added chemicals. The pool had been skimmed but the bottom was visibly dirty but I decided to give them another week. This week again, the tech didn?t show up, no phone call to let me know. Again, I called and was told he had another repair and would be out today. Nobody came today, again no communication from sparkling waters. I?m very frustrated and disappointed.
