Tree Removal
They did great work. They cleaned up as they did their work versus dropping the tree and then cleaning the debris afterwards

Tree Removal
Only did half of what they promised to do.
Response from Sparks & Reid Services, Inc
"We are sorry that you feel that way. When we came out and gave you an estimate we told you how far the bucket truck would reach and that would be how far up the tree the limbs were trimmed back and the price for the job was based on that. There was a full dump truck load just from us trimming the tree. After we had done the job and came back to receive payment you asked and you were informed that we went 60ft up for the limbs at that time you paid us. We discussed everything with you and even came back and fixed a bottom board on your fence that was broken with a large limb during clean-up."

Tree Removal
I wish they would have done a better clean up job. My sidewalk was a little messy where the tree fell. They did a great job and a great price.
Response from Sparks & Reid Services, Inc
"We are sorry that you feel that way. Please consider that it had rained the day while we was cutting the tree down. Therefore, the day we finished cleanup the saw dust that was on the sidewalk was wet and would not come up. We will take your complaint in consideration."
