He NEVER showed up when he said he would, we would make arrangements to be off work to meet him and he wouldn't show up. He had many excuses for not making it. After the first evaluation of job, still had to leave several times because he didn't have the right supplies. For the initial job it took 3 schedulings to complete 2 outlets and 1 ceiling fan.
