Wow. He did it. We had an ongoing electrical issue impacting several outlets and switches in our home. I examined it myself. Thinking it was a breaker or some simple remedy. Nope, I was stumped. Our friends referred their electrician. He spent 2 hours evaluating - he was stumped. Now I'm concerned. Flustered, and not wanting to rewire a section of our home, I jumped on yelp and began searching for someone up to a “diagnostic challenge”. Isaac responded to my detailed explanation. Said he was up for the challenge – so, we scheduled an appointment. Isaac arrived on time, texting me prior to arrival and when he pulled in my driveway. When I answered the door he immediately offered to remove his shoes, or put on booties. His troubleshooting was leading to a dead end too. But, he patiently, systematically continued. Alas, he was able to identify the root cause of the failure and remedy the situation. I appreciate Isaac’s knowledge and professionalism. We will certainly hire SparQ electric again.
