Great price, honest, hardworking and handled my charges professionally.

Did very good work installing, but less than a year later I have panels failing and cannot get response from them of any kind, except to assure me someone will call right back. I'll probably have to go thru the court system. It just seems a shame.

I was so excited by the sales pitch and the opportunity to use solar. The panels were put on and then it took over 2 months to get them correctly working. I called the company repeatedly and they were slow to respond. It was incredibly aggravating to have to be the intermediary between the company and my city to verify that permits had been handled correctly and that the company had permission to operate. The company follow through was very poor. I have been in limited contact with the VP who assured us that our first two months of bills would be taken care of due to the fact that we were told there should be no bills paid until after the panels were operational. It was such a headache that i was very tempted to insist the panels be removed. It's a little frightening to think that i have entered into a multi-year contract with a company that is unreachable, unresponsive, and unwilling to follow through on promises. Very disappointing.

I hired Sparrow to install additional panels on an existing solar array. They integrated the old with the new and repaired the panels from the existing system that were not performing well. Their representatives were always responsive to my questions and very professional.

They showed up on time and provided excellent customer service. Professional, friendly and accommodating. Came back to help again after I went and purchased parts needed and still couldn't resolve the problem myself. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend and will use for future projects!

Both individuals we worked with at Sparrow were absolutely fantastic. They were super responsive, flexible and respectful. They were able to provide a quote after me sending them pictures of what I needed and the quote was the cheapest I found anywhere. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.
