Matt is a man of integrity first and foremost. I hired him for four consecutive home improvement projects. Matt designed a gable roof to cover my back deck. His crew joined complicated angles to join the existing roof and the result was outstanding. Following this Mattâ s crew also did a couple remodeling projects and then built a barn extension that I am very proud of. Highly recommend this contractor.

The person I was dealing with and signed the contract back in September ended up leaving the company. In October the owner reached out and apologized and said he was trying to get things caught up. After a few emails he stopped communicating. I want it known I want my signed agreement voided. They never started, poor communication. I have an HOA that requested me to have my deck done back in September and I?m still without a deck. The sad part is I turned a few other bids down that Chavez had it done in September.

The deck looks great! They fixed any issues I had and made around the bottom of the deck with the Lattice look better than before! I would definitely recommend them knowing that if you have any issues they will work with you to fix them!

Home advisor needs to do some homework on the contractors they recommend. Totally disappointed in the entire process. We have become a culture of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE take what you get and try to manage the project yourself - You better have construction experience or you will be lost with these supposedly pros.
