We had a disappointing experience working with Spartan Floor Coatings as part of a business relationship involving their franchise network. Our company was contracted to provide marketing services that generated appointments for several Spartan franchise locations, including Spartan Floor Coatings Phoenix. After our services had already been delivered, the franchisor disputed the payments that had been made to us. Under our written agreement, we had the right to verify that the contracted services were provided. During that process, we contacted multiple franchise locations. Some locations confirmed they had received and used our services, and that those appointments resulted in revenue. Unfortunately, Spartan Floor Coatings Phoenix declined to assist in verifying the services we provided. We had a great experience with Spartan flooring replacing our existing garage floor with a polyaspartic floor. We cannot say enough good things about them! From start to finish, everything was excellent. Brandon is a dream to work with, provided excellent service. He provided clear and prompt communication with bids, time frames for installs and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The installers (Ruben and Giselle) were incredibly professional and did everything perfectly. It looks great! Highly, highly recommend!
