Quick response and good selection of work dates. Did the work quickly and quite well. While chatting, I brought up another household fixit job and he very agreeably added that to the mission for a very fair price. I was easily able to keep working while he took care of business. Would definitely hire again.

Rob and Terry, his assistant, poured their hearts into the jobs of replacing the old showerhead (I could not get it off). They had it off in a minute. They put on the new shower head my sister bought me. Fixed the bannister leading upstairs. I thought I just needed one of the bannister brackets replaced. Because I am a large person, Rob and his assistant secured the bannister with two other brackets to make it more sturdy for me. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't care how messy my house was. They were very friendly and are people I would recommend highly and will use again. Rob's pricing is more than fair and he and his assistant are very nice people.

Understand that his quotes include labor only and not 1 cent for materials. So according to my calculations he basically cleared about $90 per hour. And this was for satisfactory work. I spent days cleaning up the mess after the job was completed. The closer I looked at the workmanship the less impressed I became. And i definitely could have done without the neverending and unwelcome diatribe.
Response from Spartan Handyman Services
"I felt it was the customers wishes to purchase all the materials as she quoted she would pick the stuff up or i would have giving her a quote either with or without materials. And her husband seemed satisfied when i left as i done other work for them not on my list. And dust is to be expected in and construction site removing a wall and doing drywall work. I cleaned up my mess but did not dust the whole house. I felt the quality of the door they purchased was very poor. the door stop didn't even line up. I try to satisfy all my customers if there not satisfied about anything they should talk to me about it. dust usually causes a lot of compl"
