Paul was on time for our appointment. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to show us what he was doing and to tell us about the products he used and exactly what to expect. Their pricing is reasonable. Lori, who took our phone calls was also professional and very friendly. I recommend Spartan for pest controls. They are helping us with mice in the garage. Paul took the time to inspect the basement and kitchen to make sure that there are no signs of mice in these areas.

Paul (the owner) came out and assessed the situation quickly and professionally. When he came back to seal up the damage, he found out that there was more damage than he could address. He fixed what he could at NO charge and recommended someone more suited for the project. We very much respected his professionalism to get the job done right. He also made sure that we were comfortable knowing what needed to be done going forward. Helpful, respectful, knowledgable. Great experience with these guys!

On-time, knew what he was doing, was prepared to take care of my needs on the spot. Friendly and accommodating. I hired them to address a carpenter ant or termite concern. He found termite evidence and installed several traps around the property. Only downside, was that I found two of the traps laying on the ground, near the holes that we are bored. Not sure if this was a critter or if he bored the holes and then forgot to insert the traps. After a callback, the issue was corrected in a timely manner. I definitely recomment Spartan.

I needed someone right away and they accommodated me. Unfortunately their guarantee was only for 30 days and we have seen ants again. Seems like a lot of money for 30 days.

Paul did a thorough and effective job getting rid of a mouse pantry intruder. He also treated the entire house and recommended changes for prevention. We will have him back in the fall for re-inspection.

I hired Spartan Pest about a month ago, they came out did an inspection, gave us our pest rating and told us it would cost around $300 and 3 visits to eliminate our issue. We payed for it all upfront, with a baby on the way and 2 little ones already, we didn't want to deal with the pests. We did everything they asked, decluttered the house, moved furniture and made sure our dog was out of the house. They came out and did one treatment that took 3 hours not sure why since our home is only 900 sq.ft. and he told us he didn't have time to spray our bedroom. We had been told that they would come back in 2 weeks. Well they never came back, the first treatment did NOTHING. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We still have the issue and we are out $300 right before Christmas.
