Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
Unfortunately we would no longer recommend Josi and team. 80% of our project and experience was very good. The challenge was the end of the install and windows, we were "ghosted"...Josi stopped communicating and showing up. We paid Josi for window order and installation, and door staining in September. He never ordered the windows (which we prepaid) and informed us of this mistake in January. He installed our floors end of November, but didn't finish the trim install. We had a bit of an issue with a few boards moving and he didn't come back to fix. We had to hire another contractor to finish the work we contracted with Josi. It is hard to write a bad review, as he was a very good partner September - November. In December, he disappeared and wouldn't return calls or texts for weeks at a time. Too, we are still waiting to receive the return of our prepayment for windows. He has only returned a portion. What did turn out well was the painting in September and the subcontracting of tiling in October. The flooring was mostly good except he didn't finish the trim or come back to fix as promised. If only he communicated and delivered on promises.

Closet - Build
Josi was on time, punctual, and the craftsmanship was fantastic. He is a true professional that 100% has his customers best interest in mind. He is out go-to going forward! Big thank you to Josi & his team for being able to come in and build out master closet for us. His pricing was very fair, and he was able to accommodate faster than other contractors that we had interviewed.

Custom Cabinets - Build
Josi and his crew provide excellent quality and workmanship for our garage cabinets and barn door renovations. I reviewed three contractors for this project and Spartan Renovations, LLC was very competitive. I chose Spartan because of the detailed design they prepared prior to contract award, local business, completion time, and Josi s genuine interest in doing our project. Their work was timely and very high quality. I have nothing but good things to say about Spartan Renovations, LLC and would recommend them without hesitation.
