I had tuck pointing done on the home to eliminate cracks around our brick home. The production manager David and the office manager Ashley were awesome to work with. I had an issue with the work that was completed and David came back out the next day to review and get the issues corrected. I was told the crew would be there about 7am, but they arrived at 7:40am. Since the expectation of 7am was set, I changed my schedule for the day. The workers were friendly and immediately got to work. About 4:40pm they started to pack up and then left without talking to me or walking around the home together. I walked around the home and found cracks still existed and there were several areas that had mortar sticking out and other areas where they used a tool to grind out the mortar rather than the mortar tool to make it look similar to the existing. The color of the mortar wasn't close either. David came out the next day, we walked the house together, he made notes of the areas that weren't completed, and said they would be resolved. He kept his word. Ashley kept me informed when they would be back, which was two days later. David and the team returned, spent another half-day correcting the issues and it now looks really good.

They did a good job. The owner is very responsive and he got me a detailed estimate with 3 options all written out very clearly.

They were very quick about everything. Showing up for the estimate, getting me the quote, and showing up to do the job. I had them fill in the joints of a wall of thin brick and it looks great! They left the room very, very clean. The price was 1/4 of what another company quoted. Very pleased!

This wax the second time my brick facade in front of my garage was replaced. These guys not only knew what should have been code from the original builder ( FU Pulte) , but fixed the lintel and the tie ins, so they not only diagnosed the issue but repaired it quickly. Thank you.

I have used Home Advisors for 3 different vendors in 2018. The vendors used for landscaping project and gutter services were great. I was very disappointed in the masonry vendor. I would not refer them to anyone.

The scheduling of the work took a bit of effort as I had a smaller job. Scheduling was contingent on completion of larger projects, which made it more difficult that I would have preferred. Once onsite they did a great job, and I'm happy with the quality of work.
