The owner was friendly and did not use any high pressure sales tactics. The workers were very courteous and professional. The workers also told us about a sewer vent pipe that was loose and took the time to inspect it in the attic.

All Star Improvements responded quickly and were fairly priced. Unfortunately, as soon as the job was completed and paid for he would not email me a receipt or return my numerous calls. I was going to refer him out, but after this poor customer service, I can't. I need a receipt due to this job being on a home in escrow. I am a realtor and need receipts and proof he is giving my client a 5 year warranty.
