I have a flat roof over a porch addition which was leaking. I ordered a new roof installed and after scheduling delays, they finally started the roof. While working it rained and I had leaks all over the porch. Upon completion, I still had small leaks. Iggi, the man in charge, said the leaks were coming from my valley on the main roof and not from his work. He did remove tiles from the main roof in order to tie in the flat roof. The main roof had previously been sealed and Iggi didn't to that work. I had it resealed and now there doesn't seem to be a problem. I asked several times for the warranty papers and each time Iggi told he had ordered them. It has been 6 months and I still have no warranty papers. Iggi is no longer answering my calls or returning my calls. Bottom line, he did fix my flat roof but in the process caused problems with the main roof of my house which I had to have repaired separately. He was always late for appointments, sometimes without even calling, and he is now not furnishing the warranty papers. Overall, maybe not very reliable.

It was a roof leak not a tile repair. I rated the quality of work as a 4 and not a 5 because the roof ridge tiles had visible cement and there were several small tar stains in my garage floor, and part of the garage ceiling was replaced and some parts of it looked darker than others. Otherwise everything else was good.
