He did not know how to roof at all. Left a huge amount of nails all around the building. He was supposed to remove and replace the shingles, he only removed 2/3. When the wind blows the edge shingles are coming up. I had to tar them down. And he was in a hurry to leave so he didn't trim the overlap edges. Never again!!! That rating is too high.
