Spearman Makeovers

Al did a terrific job on my deck. The deck was cleaned and stained very professionally. Al is very courteous and understands requirements very well. Al has always been on time.

My wife and I hired Mr. Spearman for three different jobs and has completed two of them in very professional manner. Due to bad weather he was unable to do the third but I except that to be done this week. I will be using his service for many other jobs in the future. Thank you Mr. Spearman and ServiceMagic.

Mr. Spearman did a nice job staining my deck. He even went the extra step of taking the stain I had purchased a year ago to Lowe's to be reshaken, and did not charge me for the time. He was friendly, pleasant and professional. An especially nice touch was that Mr. Spearman called a few days after he applied the stain to see how the deck looked (it had rained the 36 hours afterwards). I will be using Spearman Cleaning Services for other work around the house.

Some projects were not completed because the handyman did not have the expertise to perform the jobs such as installing electrical boxes for light fixtures - access to a ladder to replace a roof shingle - overall the handyman's performance was fair-minus -

Very well organized and open to suggestions for home improvements. He will be doing several jobs for me around my house. Thanks for the recommendations.

Spearman was excellent! Our dog had destroyed much of my sister's bathroom at her house. Spearman was the first to make contact with me and was able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule AND the bathroom looks like our dog never touched it. I would definitely reccommend Spearman and we also plan to use them for any future needs we may have!

Spearman Cleaning did an excellent job painting the various rooms in our house. They were very professional and the quality of the work was top notch.
