They were initially polite but we paid for the services rendered and a fee for two check-ups. We have not received any of the check-ups two years later and they have cut off communication with us. They also have not returned the money we paid for those check-ups which the service people made it sound as if it was required that we pay. Also, they seriously overcharged us for the thermostat they installed. If we had gotten a little more professional treatment from them, by either email or mail; I prefer not to be called as I usually get calls at inconvenient times for me--this review would be very different. At this point, we feel ripped off by this company.

They are very personable and listened well to my ideas.

very fast initial consultation. they presented me with options to repair or replace existing system. system was still under warranty so we decided to repair. they sent out service tech david, who was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. we ended up having to replace the compressor. david found one locally,went and picked it up and stayed on the job until my system was back up and i had heat again. i had consulted a different heating contractor in my area initially and they were more interested in replacing the entire system or ordering a part which would have taken 3 to 4 weeks and as it turns out would have been the wrong part.
