Great Job. Very economical bid. Neat, clean, courteous. Left my home in the condition that they found it. No damage and NO insulation dust!!! Brought paperwork for rebates with them and final bill documents arrived in Wednesday's mail, only two days after completion of the job. Can't say enough Chris and Javier did great work!!!

Spec 7 cancelled the appt. 20 minutes after they were supposed to be there. When they did show up they gave me the wrong rebate form, and didn't even fill it out. I had to mail the correct form to the office myself. Xcel ended up denying my rebate, as you need to R-40 and Spec 7 blew and R-38 in my attic. Spec 7 said Xcel must have just changed the requirements. I confirmed with Xcel that the requirements had been in place since Jan. I had my insulation done in March. For an insulation company, this is a major point to miss. Spec 7's exact words to me were "I don't know what to tell you." I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this company.

This was an ugly job -- rock wool removal from our attic. The gentlemen were polite, kept our home clean, and worked hard and steady until the job was finished. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. (They were also bilingual -- a plus!)
