Special T is horrible!! I hired them to weed my flower beds. Both my husband and I are handicap and can't get down on our knees. The first service was good, but not exceptional. I was told the workers could not differentiate between flowers and weeds - they did not speak English so we could not communicate. After that, only half of my flower beds were getting weeded. The workers were nice and told me they were told to only work 4 hours. My house is over 5,100 Sq ft, so I have a lot of flower beds. When I contacted the manager, I was told they misquoted the job and if I wanted all of they flower beds weeded, I would need to pay twice as much each month. They blamed the bad quote on someone that no longer worked there! I immediately cancelled my contract and hired a college student to weed the flower beds for less than the original quote. I feel like they pull you in and then make excuses to increase their fee!!
