Kevin was very understanding and was willing to help. He was able to fix my damaged CPU and advised me to get a new CPU believing it was going to fix my black screen problem. I did as suggested but I'm still getting a black screen. I tried to contact Dave, who was the one that originally emailed me, to ask him if I could come by again for them to check it more thoroughly and they still haven't replied and it's been a week since. It's a little disappointing since they were very helpful and kind in person but considering my problem still isn't fixed and I'm not getting a reply, this is my rating for them.
