Specialized Home Inspections was great! Professional work and also took final pictures for me because they are certified inspectors as well. They are so knowledgeable about tenant landlord laws which benefits ones in disputes with tenants and landlords. I will definitly hire them from now own with my carpet cleaning needs!

When one of your trucks broke down, one of your service reps and Mark, the service provider, called several times with updates. Mark was thorough, pleasant to work with, and made sure that the inconvenience of the delay was worth the wait. Thanks for great service, my furnace and ducts are cleaner than ever.

Was 4.5 hours late. Called at 2 hours late, said was running late and would be there in 30 mins. 2.5 hours later they showed up. Cleaned my carpet with a rug doctor. I could have rented one for $39.95 and done it myself. They were suppose to clean my air ducts as well and didn't. But took the check for the full amount and cashed it right away. Nothing but a full refund will fix this. VERY unprofessional. Must be nothing but friends giving them good marks. Wish I could mark them a ZERO.

". I tried to call back left messages.will not take or return my call. Look at our other ratings we had a 4.96 rating till now.I am totally shocked by this response. For one yes we where late but we called and the lady said no problem somebody will be there all day. We spent over 3 Plus hours on the worst pet urine stains covering every inch of carpet that was neglected and poorly maintained. I took before and after photos I was impressed on how well our product removed stains; eliminated oders; 100% green solution that sanitizes. husband was happy with work. We don't use rug doctor. We use best green products. She Is just trying get it free."

I hired the best inspector i could find, never really considered cost cause i was buying a foreclosed home at a GREAT price. When the inspector came and spent clost to 6 hours inspection my home with the IR reading we found that the house was in GREAT condition. He had ALOT of info and was able to answer EVERYTHING we asked. VERY professional. I was VERY pleased considering the cost was lower then others that offered a lot less. If you want a real pro, hire Specialized Home Inspections, they wont let you down. There tech and knowledge is second to none.
