Our stucco work is just finishing up today. We ended up going with Specialized Masonry Contractors LLC. The main guy we had was Jaime Quigley. He was really awesome, kept in touch a few times a day, etc. Originally we thought there was more damage than there was. They took off the old stucco and removed some rotting wood towards the bottom of the walls due to no screeds having been installed by the builder. They then replaced all layers, installed two screeds (one on each under-ledge), re-stucco'd and textured the new stucco. They were super tidy and worked diligently all week (except for Tuesday when it rained). All this for right at $4,000. Highly recommend!!

The contractor showed up the same day, gave a competitive quote and refused payment until I was 100% satisfied. The owner contacted me throughout the project and sent me photos (while I was at work) of the progress.

Specialized Masonry Contractors is the BEST! I hired them to determine if water was penetrating the exterior stucco on my 3 story single family home. They found the problem. The builder, who is now out of business, left of the window flashing from the 3rd story window. Jamie presented the best detailed estimate of what needed to be done. The project was very extensive and included removing the stucco, replacing studs, plywood, installation and stucco. He was very patient working with me and the insurance company. We were very pleased with the repair. I then hired Specialized Masonry Contractors to paint the entire exterior of my home. They again were pleasant to work with, communicated and paid attention to details. Their workmanship is top of the line. I have referred Specialized Masonry Contractors to friends and neighbors. My next door neighbor complemented the paint job and said that he will call Jamie when he is ready to paint. I will have Specialized Masonry Contractors back this fall to do interior drywall repair and painting.

The cost was more than I expected, but the quality of the work made it worth it. There is a high probability that I will use them for future projects/repairs.
