David was quick to respond to our request, gave a very reasonable estimate, and was able to schedule the repair within a few days of the estimate. He was professional and friendly and repaired the deck to our satisfaction. He also noticed a few other things that he offered to fix without any additional cost. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again for other home repair projects.

Cabinets Reface
Just signed contract and cabinets to be refaced and new custom cabinets to be built by 12/15/06. So far so good...cannot comment on other items above until contract is complete.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
David Dawson's work was subpar in every quality. His waste % with tile was extremely high. Tile was laid unevenly and many errors were made. Kitchen install wasincomplete and some cabinets were not able to open. We have hired new contractors to correct his mistakes. He took excess payments. David consistently threw his garbage in our yard, left doors wide open with the furnace on. Unacceptable in every way and would not recommend him to anyone for any reason.

David Dawson contacted me very promptly and was very professional. I would recommend his services to any one. He was unable to provide the services needed due to scheduling conflicts, but he sent another professional, made all the arrangements, and was sure to stay in contact during the job. The tiler that he sent was also very professional and did a great job.
