Chris was completely professional, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. He gave a very reasonable estimate for the job (replacing old grout and caulk in a bathroom), came at the appointed hour, and did everything we agreed upon - and did it very well. After he was paid, I called him to ask him whether he'd come back to redo something (small). He happily came on a Saturday and tended to the matter free of charge. I would definitely call upon him again and would recommend him to friends.

I would definitely recommend Specialized Surface Restorations. Christopher was very professional and gave a thorough estimate and job explanation before starting the work. He and his crew worked efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible. My floors look fabulous, and he completed all of the work he promised to do.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. They replaced part of my kitchen floor and retilled and grouted. They were very nice and professional and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend them.
