"I am a structural engineer as this guy faked he was by giving me a drawing with wiremesh and his concrete. Are used 1/2 Inch rebar on 2 foot centers both ways instead of wire mesh that is 1/16 inch thick and does not add strength the concrete just holds it together when it cracks. Are finished look perfect and our customer service was perfect. We had the job done in four days straight and did not leave the job one time since we started working on it. As you can see on my reviews you can tell I get five star ratings from everyone except for two people who do not know what they think they do. When you?ve built over 600 homes again you know w"

Steve, the owner, runs a good business and was always available for any questions I had. The one time I had a concern about the project, he made it right, no questions asked! The driveway was done quickly and professionally. Additionally, the crew were friendly and enjoyed the work. Highly recommend Steve, Eric & Team for any of your concrete needs(and probably other stuff too)

Stamped Concrete Installation
1. They made a verbal contract with me but did not follow up with the written contract as promised until the job was started. 2. I had to contact them multiple times to find out when they were going to begin the job. 3. They asked for payment outside of the contract terms. 4. They left a mess on the street in front of my house and ruined my yard. 5. They abandoned the job leaving the yard a mess with broken up concrete, tarps filled with concrete and plywood the forms still on the outside of the concrete as well as unsealed stamped concrete. 6. The job was never completed. After 3 weeks of repeatedly asking for someone to come out and at least clean up the yard I made the decision to hire someone else. 7. I had to hire someone else to come and clean up their mess as well as finish the job.

"Homeowner would not let us put the fire pit in according to plans first time. Then she wanted us to put the fire pit outside the perimeter of the patio. So we purchased a fire pit and installed it, and she did not like that. Then we install the fire pit on the patio, but she did not want a hole in her patio or have ashes when it rains get on her patio. Due to the fact that both things combined it had to be one or the other. Then we put the fire pit halfway on and halfway off, and she did not like that after she said that is the way she finally wanted it. After all the hassle she went back to the original idea."

Scheduled 4 weeks out keep in contact to changes and showed up like promised on time the day we schedule. All done in one day. And forms pulled the next day so I could do what I needed to do while I was off work.Great job guys thanks
