Specialty Design Coatings

Yes, job was done correctly and efficiently

Kaveh’s crew did an exceptional job refurbishing my kitchen cabinets, bar stools and chairs, re-grouting my tile floor, and painting the entire kitchen! The finished work is beautiful and like new.

Highly Recommend Specialty Design Coatings We had an excellent experience with Specialty Design Coatings. They repaired our driveway, including areas of broken stone and concrete, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Their crew was exceptionally meticulous and detail-oriented. They took the time to address each problem carefully and were very adept at coming up with the right solutions rather than simply taking the easiest approach. The finished work looks excellent, and it was clear throughout the project that they took real pride in doing the job properly. We were also very impressed with their pricing. Their price was extremely reasonable, and, just as importantly, they did not try to upsell us or convince us to do additional work that wasn’t necessary. They focused on what actually needed to be repaired and did it very well. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines excellent workmanship, attention to detail, fair pricing, and integrity.

Kaveh and crew were thorough, professional, efficient and detail-oriented, and the price/value was excellent. We wanted every concrete area in our 3-car garage, including curbs, to be coated and had just repainted the walls, so SDC had to be careful and even gladly touched up a couple of spots. We highly recommend them.

Read the reviews. Current positive comments. Kaveh contacted me and was here to give me an estimate, within a few days. Originally, contracted to restain a faux rock jacuzzi.....ended up resurfacing the driveway, entry way. and patio. Kaveh worked with me to get the colors I wanted. His employees, as mentioned in other reviews, are exceptional. I commend him on his efforts to provide exceptional service.

Great service. Professional, polite, communicative. Not only the owner, Kaveh, but also his team of technicians - Hector and Olivere were just "the best". Rod Daley

Great service and product!

Specialty Design Coatings was very professional throughout the project. Everyone showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done timely. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

These folks are the best. Over the years we’ve had lots of work done here at the house but nothing compares to the professionalism and honesty of Specialty Design Coatings. For anything needed in the future, Kaveh and his crew have the business!

Khavi and his team created a beautiful new epoxy floor for our garage that was done using solvent based epoxy. It turned out beautiful. He also helped stain our exterior hard scape and put on a very nice wet look finish and seal. Just beautiful work and finished is wonderful! Highly recommend! Larry

Kaveh , Hector, and company do high quality professional work. The workers were respectful, efficient, and careful. They followed through on what they promised.

I had my entire home’s patio & walkways (front walkway, side patio & backyard patio) restored last week with Specialty Design Coatings. My initial contact with Kaveh (the owner) to the completion of the job by 2 of his workers (Hector & Oliver) were all excellent! I spoke with Kaveh on the phone for about 30 mins about his entire process, and he was very informative and clear about the process from the start to the end. I had a couple of other quotes from some other contractors, and Kaveh’s pricing was the best. I also had a 3 large wooden trellis poles about 10 ft high bolted to the backyard patio that I needed removed (it was originally there from 35 yrs ago) which would be too dangerous for me to cut down and remove myself. His guys removed it no issue and they took all the wood to the dumpster. Hector & Oliver were hardworking throughout and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Kaveh and his team if you need any concrete work done or restored at your place!

They did a great job!

We had a great experience with Kaveh and his valuable staff. They were on time, did a great job and left the area clean and beautiful in my front and back yard. We love the work that was performed on the cracks and pavement in our front walkway and backyard patio. Im telling these guys really worked hard sanding, repairing, sealing and painting our unsightly pavements. My neighbors can’t stop complementing the workmanship. Thank Ypu

Leveled all my pavers that had sunk. Removed and put down new sand. Then put sand between all pavers on deck, washed and sealed. Excellent job. Customer service was exceptional.

We had a great experience working with Kaveh and his team they are reliable, hardworking and respectful of our property and landscaping g while doing all our jardscape, front and back. They are knowledgeable and mixed the perfect stain color for our patio and bar. We would use them again and not hesitate to recommend Kaveh, Hector and team to our friends. Superb no hassle experience, real pro's at what they do.

I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The owner contacted me immediately upon making a request for an estimate, gave me a reasonable quote and a quick date, within days, to begin the work. The job took only 2 days and looks exactly like I was wanting. I would highly recommend them for any of your concrete needs!

I recently hired this company to resurface our concrete, remove the old cracks, add new concrete where needed, and finish everything with paint and sealant. They did an amazing job! The work was done carefully and professionally, and the results completely transformed our small backyard. We chose a grey color, which added a clean, modern, and classy look to the space. I’m very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Total professional, neat, detailed, explained everything, punctual…A+….would hire again

Had stamped concrete installed and I?m very happy with the result. The crew was on time, professional, and helped me pick the right pattern and color. The finish looks great, the area was left clean, and the job was done on schedule. I?d definitely recommend their stamped concrete services.

Very impressed with the concrete finish! The surface is smooth, level, and extremely well-crafted.

Fast, diligent and very clean. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommended.
