Khavi and his team created a beautiful new epoxy floor for our garage that was done using solvent based epoxy. It turned out beautiful. He also helped stain our exterior hard scape and put on a very nice wet look finish and seal. Just beautiful work and finished is wonderful! Highly recommend! Larry

I had my entire home’s patio & walkways (front walkway, side patio & backyard patio) restored last week with Specialty Design Coatings. My initial contact with Kaveh (the owner) to the completion of the job by 2 of his workers (Hector & Oliver) were all excellent! I spoke with Kaveh on the phone for about 30 mins about his entire process, and he was very informative and clear about the process from the start to the end. I had a couple of other quotes from some other contractors, and Kaveh’s pricing was the best. I also had a 3 large wooden trellis poles about 10 ft high bolted to the backyard patio that I needed removed (it was originally there from 35 yrs ago) which would be too dangerous for me to cut down and remove myself. His guys removed it no issue and they took all the wood to the dumpster. Hector & Oliver were hardworking throughout and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Kaveh and his team if you need any concrete work done or restored at your place!

Leveled all my pavers that had sunk. Removed and put down new sand. Then put sand between all pavers on deck, washed and sealed. Excellent job. Customer service was exceptional.

I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The owner contacted me immediately upon making a request for an estimate, gave me a reasonable quote and a quick date, within days, to begin the work. The job took only 2 days and looks exactly like I was wanting. I would highly recommend them for any of your concrete needs!

I recently hired this company to resurface our concrete, remove the old cracks, add new concrete where needed, and finish everything with paint and sealant. They did an amazing job! The work was done carefully and professionally, and the results completely transformed our small backyard. We chose a grey color, which added a clean, modern, and classy look to the space. I’m very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Kaveh and his team did an awesome job on resurfacing my 31 year old concrete driveway. They sanding down the unlevel pavers, opened up and sealed the cracks and added a couple layers consisting of a bonding layer and then the top coat. It looks fresh and a nice pewter color! They also did the same to the walkway to the front door in a flagstone pattern and it matches beautifully the Saltillo tiles inside the front door color wise. I highly recommend Specialty Design Coatings! Kaveh was highly accessible and on the job daily to manage and check on the workmen. The gave me a bid and stuck to the price and I added in some extras too at a very reasonable cost.

I've worked with my share of contractors / builders / landscapers and I have to say - Speciality Design Coatings stands up above the rest. Without a doubt, the absolute BEST experience I have had. We had brown flagstone pavers in our yard. To replace them would've cost 50-100k. They were chipping and really looking quite bad. So I reached out to a couple companies who said they couldn't do anything about it. But then, I reached out to Speciality Design Coatings, and met with Kaveh and he told me he would transform the yard...and that he did! He converted broken / chipped brown flagstone pavers to giving our backyard a whitish/creamy European vibe aesthetic. But the absolute best part: I never stressed bc I knew they would go above and beyond to ensure it would come out PERFECT. Oh and a cherry on top: it was for a FRACTION of the cost. Absolutely incredible! Really appreciate Kaveh, Max, and the rest of the team. 10/10!

Our mahogany entrance door was very weather damaged and in need of refurbishing. I had a fairly involved job needing sprucing up of my aging landscape. Kaveh, the owner, came to look over the job, almost immediately, and establish the starting date within a few weeks. They finish the job as estimated. They did an excellent job, repairing broken, stonework, and stucco, reconditioning, and laying down color on all walkways and my driveway, provided a sealer Onto flag, stone patios, and lay down in epoxy finish in my garage. These guys can do it all, and Kaveh was at the job every day.
