Specialty Design Coatings

When the owner came to look at the job he was very professional, but friendly . when he left we knew exactly what was going to done and a schedule of time. The crew showed exactly on time, verified what was to be done and went to work. On day 2 of the project, which we planned for 3 days, the owner brought in a specialist to complete one step of the work . He worked with the rest of the crew and they completed the entire job on day 2. I could not rate this company any higher. They were great in every respect.

I specifically appreciated the right communications from quote to project completion. Specialty was always on time and perform precisely as agreed & quoted.

The work was supposed to take three days. They worked hard and fast and completed in two days. Great work!

They were very prompt and kept following up for touch ups. All good things about them.

Had patio concrete resurfaced. It looked fantastic upon completion. It reminded me of the way it looked when I first moved in to the new house 30 years ago. The work crew was courteous and professional and listened to all my plans. Price was reasonable and completed on time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed concrete services

Clear communication. Showed up on time. Final result looks great. Would hire again if I needed such work done.

They did the epoxy on my garage floor did a fantastic job! They did it in the time frame they said it would take and really care about making the customer happy Garage looks perfect !

Specialty Design Coatings did a fantastic job on our front step and concrete in front of our garage. They smoothed out the imperfections and made it look brand new. I would definitely hire them again.

Came close to on time. Clean up very good.

Professional and friendly. Clearly explained the job and it's process and the material provided. Worked well in arranging time of service due to not only weather, but my personal scheduling--hire him--you won't regret it!

Honesty, integrity, straight forward and followed through with all promises! I am in the middle of selling my home, and all agreed the rather large driveway had seen better days and looks pretty bad. Multiple pours, three different colors, stains and the only thing with this beautiful home that looked bad. The team was spot-on time, everyday, resurfaced my complete driveway, leveled some bad areas and repaired multiple cracks. We wanted it to look like the standard cement surface, or to look new. I was given multiple options for specialized finishes, and eventually chose a beautiful gray. All who now see it, including the agents, potential buyers, and more importantly my wonderful neighbors love it! The driveway looks amazing and simply finishes off the complete rebuild of the home for sale. This is a wonderful, fast and great way to repair old and bad looking driveways. No hassles, honest, on-time, fast and worked with a hectic schedule for open houses and showings! I am not an easy customer in any way either. The bid was very competitive and more importantly, no surprises. They were not happy until I was, no problems, dedicated, top notch work. This cost effective method for improving the look of your home, without the huge expense of a complete new pour is wonderful. Top notch work team! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

My garage floor was in such bad condition I wasn't sure it could be repaired but Specialty Design Coatings did an amazing job and it looks GREAT!! They also were very professional and great to work with in every way.

On schedule as promised. Work completed quickly. Loved the result!

Any amazing service provided by Mr. Kaveh. The work they did was flawless. I had them coat my garage floor, and within a week I was using it. They even repaired a spot I had stepped on before the coating cured, without hassle. Thanks guys for all your hard work. - Val

It is easy to work with Kaveh because he takes the time to listen to what you are hoping to accomplish and makes it happen. He calls/texts/emails you back quickly and gives you an accurate timeline for the project. My old patio was a disaster - it now looks amazing!

Overcame weather problems, and did a great job. Kaveh really explained the work well, and the crew was very professional. Totally happy with the result.

Kaveh and his crew were very creative when finishing my new concrete floor. I am very happy and pleased with the finish product. They also took the time to protect all of the surrounding areas to limit any dust. I would recommend them to my friends and others.

Kaveh was great to work with and they did a great job!

Kaveh and his crew did a great job repairing and resurfacing our old, cracked, stained concrete steps leading up to our front door. He responded quickly for an estimate, explained the process, and scheduled the work for the following week. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They were meticulous in their craftsmanship and take pride in their work. They were friendly and courteous. We are very pleased with the results.

I called for a quote and Kaveh responded in 30 minutes. I needed to repair and resurface a patio and a long walkway and was afraid that I would have to remove them and have them replaced. He informed me that that was not necessary and that he could do the job right away and gave me a GREAT QUOTE! I hired them on the spot and they started work the very next morning. They did a fantastic job of filling in the many gaps and cracks along with adding rebar to reinforce the repair. They ground down all of the high spots and resurfaced all in three days. The entire crew was timely, polite and professional. The job looks great and would recommend Specialty Design Coatings to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Thanks again Kaveh you and your crew did a fantastic job!!

I called Specialty Design Coatings for a quote. They came out quickly and gave me a quote on the spot. I had to get my garage ready for the work so I didn't book right away. Once I was ready which was a Sunday afternoon I sent an email and text to schedule the work. To my surprise they came out and started the job the very next morning. It's now Tuesday at 9:30am and the job is 100% complete. Fast, prompt, clean, and respectful. I would recommend Specialty Design Coatings to anyone in the market to have their garage floor refinished and epoxy coated. Can't wait till it's dry and we can move our stuff back in. Let the fun begin.

prompt, professional and did excellent work

Guys were on time every morning. They did grinding and epoxy coating in one day, did clear coat next morning as promised. No complaints on quality - looks very good and clean. Kaveh was really nice and professional explaining details of the process. Definitely would recommend to anyone who decides to upgrade their garage.

Specialty Design did a great job, even going 'light' on the color flakes to keep the floor bright. They were prompt, very tidy and great guys to work with.
