Tyler was great. I got in touch with him after lunch and he was at my house that evening. I just needed a dryer vent cap, but since I had birds in there, I let him clean it. He explained in detail what he would do, and then he did it. He even gave me a quote on air duct cleaning and gave me an honest opinion on when he thought it needed to be cleaned, which wasn't right away. Very timely, professional and honest -- no high pressure sales tactics here. Fair pricing. I will do business with him again!
