I noticed my problem on a Sat. morning. I went on-line and submitted a request and someone called me back around 5:30 Sat. afternoon. I was very impressed that someone called back that late on a week-end. I had someone out to my house at 8:00 am Monday morning. The project was completed by Friday afternoon.

Chris came by, did my inspection, and my routine extermination, and set me up with Mr. Kennon to do the termite control, and he was a great guy. He knew what he was doing, what he was looking for, and how to convey that to me. I feel much better and trust the company to keep my home pest free. I have not met Mr. Kennon yet, he is due to arrive tomorrow. He did call to schedule that appointment, and thus far I am impressed with Specialty Exterminating. Chris is a wonderful spokesman and does alleviate the homeowners concerns. I am happy. Sharon Lester

Chris Allen did a fantastic job treating our home for fleas. We had tried another competitor at first but to no avail, the flea situation kept worsening over time. Chris was very thorough and after more than two weeks, we are beginning to enjoy our home again.
