I think the service call was expensive, but he was able to the work asked and very quickly.

Sergio was friendly, professional and installed my mirrors the very next day! He informed me of my options and his pricing was reasonable.

Sergio was great as far as being pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in his profession, however time management wasn't his strong suit in my opinion. He scheduled first visit for a Monday between 9 & 10 when 10:15 came I called him and it didn't seem as though he knew he had an appointment. He did arrive an hour later. On the phone he said his jobs were usually two day turn around, however it took him until Friday to complete.

Sergio was very professional.Replaced track and roller on my sliding glass door.. Work was done quickly and price was very reasonable. He is knowledgeable in his profession and I would highly recommend him .

Mr. Avila was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, dependable, courteous, and respectful. He never made a promise that he couldn't keep. My windows are simply beautiful. I have decided to replace them all. He is working with me on a plan to complete that goal; since money is a factor for me. He is very experienced and knowledgable about his job and products. It is with great pleasure to recommend this contractor to anyone in need.

Although Specialty Glass and Mirror finished the project his customer service skills are mediocre. I was the one who had to call to get the status, he did however answer my calls but did not keep me informed of my order. The promise date was two days after I hired him, he claimed the screens blew out of the truck, so I had to wait until he could remake the screens. I would have been fine with it all but I never actually heard from him unless I made the phone call to him. The end result was my screens were delivered, and installed and they are fine. I

It was a nice work but was taking longer than i expected as it has to be factory ordered and due to weather.

My slidding door repair was completed to complete satisfaction. It works and rolls great. My 2 windows look good and appear to be properly installed. I will not know until I get a few good rains if the windows leak. Im happy with the looks and service.

I expected him to leave the old parts he replaced, but he did not. If the slider moves easier and easier over the next few weeks as he said it would, I will be happy with the job.
