Work appears satisfactory and Jesse responded promptly to my call for a quote. However, he failed to call me as requested prior to sending his work crew to my house to complete the repair and this was disappointing. I wanted to see exactly what was done to correct the gutter problem and if care was taken to avoid damage to my gutter helmet system.

Communicated well about when he would start the job, and provided prompt service. Did a good job.

Excellent work quality. I hired them to clean the gutters, patch the seams, and dig out one downspout to release water away from the foundation. They not only patched one problem seam, but looked at and fixed a few others I hadn't even noticed. Major props for the initiative. Jesse was quick to show up and understood all the issues. On the agreed day, a crew of two others came to do the work and they were very polite, despite it being an extremely warm day. My only negative complaint on the customer service end is to cut down on the cigarettes. I worried at one point because one of the workers smoked while he worked while standing on a bed of fresh mulch. It's a pet peeve of mine. I don't care for people working at my property to be smoking on the property. At the end of the driveway while taking a break? Sure, but not standing on a tall ladder while cleaning the gutters. A small thing, I know, but it justified a 4/5 star customer service rating. When working on someone's house while the windows and back doors are open, try not to smoke near them.

Jesse diagnosed and fixed a leak in my roof by replacing the gutter guard around my gutters. Apparently, the rain had been rotting the wood there and leaking into the house. He also offered to fix a few rusty nails on the roof for free. He came out promptly, was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently on the job and it was done very nicely. I am not a handyman by any means but I found him trustworthy and honest. I would hire him again.

Jesse was a pleasure to do business with...Off the bat, he came and spoke face to face with me and took the time to actually look at my roof before giving an estimate...Couldn't say the same for a number of other guys I called...He was very thorough and explained everything clearly (the repair process, how long it would take to finish etc.)...Home advisor should have a way to attach pictures...The work done was superb!...I would recommend Jesse in a heartbeat...
