Very friendly, did the work I asked for a reasonable price, and finished the job on time.

Was asked to put landscape fabric in all beds. It was only done in one. House clean wasn't done to my satisfaction. Too overpriced for the quality of work.

They do OK work. I have very high expectations and they fell a little short. Pros: Worked with me on price Cons: Poorly mispainted doors (but they redid them after I brought it up) Didn't cleanup or protect furniture, flooring, etc Finishing work was a 5 out of 10 after paint.

I spoke with 3 people at Spectrum--Cheryl Sheffield, James Coleman, and Mark. All were pleasant and courteous. They are sometimes difficult to reach by telephone, and James forgot to show up at our appointment to evaluate the area to be worked on. However, I called Spectrum and they were very apologetic and attenatitve, and were dependable after that. Mark did a wonderful job installing the stair rail. Overall, we are happy with the service.

Most of the workers were very nice, but were not skilled to do the job. So many things were done without prepping (painted over holes, wallpaper, old paint; cupboard knobs crooked) and had to be redone. The workers were not prepared (i.e., did not bring tarps to cover flooring or their equipment outside). I am satisfied with the final project, only because the project manager had to come and redo almost everything. We were promised some extra things due to the extra time this project took, and those never materialized. My son finished some of the final things for me. With properly trained workers this company could be more successful.

Very fast same day service. Good price. They quoted a price of $50. to remove a sofa bed. After I made out the check they told me I owed tax, so it cost a few dollars more but still a good price when compared with other offers. They did not pad the doorway and put a small dent in my door with the legs of the sofa.

They cleaned the whole yard(front and back)to my satisfaction.

They were a great group of people. They came in and put things away faster than lighting and moved things around for me. The two guys were great. I felt comfortable with them and Cheryl.
