The service was good but I didn't quite like the way they installed one side w/support post inside yard on one side and support post on outside of fence on opposite side.

"We installed the referenced fence in a manner that was in the best interest of the customer. However we did a poor job communicating why we made these changes. We take this feedback very seriously and will use it to improve our service. An offer has been made to reverse the fence sections in question at no charge. Thank you."

We didn't have a very good experience. First of all we thought for what we got the price was pretty high. All we had were lights along the roof line, a couple wreaths and 2 spotlights. This cost us right at $600 for decorations and installation. I was quoted one hourly rate over the phone and when I received my bill it was higher. We just were not very happy and will be looking elsewhere next year.

"The majority cost of this installtion was for customer selected lighting and decorations that cost over $330 (materials were NOT marked up). Total project cost was $540. The hourly rate comment is false but we still lowered our rate at the demand of our customer before the project started. Thank you for the feedback."

I recently moved into a large house that I could not deep clean on my own, and had boxes that I needed unpacked. The ladies arrived right on time, cleaned thoroughly, and helped me get organized at last! The house looks and smells great, I'll definitely continue to use Spectrum Home Services in the future.
