We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service.

Spectrum Homes was the perfect choice to build our custom retirement home. The process was detailed and professional. As the owners we were involved in each segment of the construction and the help we received with choosing every part of the interior and exterior from appliances to brick color was spot on! We love showing off our new home and we tell everyone who built it.

I highly recommend using Spectrum Homes. We added an in law suite to our home. It turned out so much better than we expected. You can tell by their work that they have very high standards. The addition was over 900 sq ft with one bedroom, full bathroom, walk in closet with washer and dryer, kitchen, pantry, living room, and office. I also renovated the mudroom in the main house and added custom cubbies and a pantry. We worked with Brandon a lot in the beginning with discussing design. It didn’t take long to design the perfect layout for my parents. Brandon is very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. He also came by many times throughout the project to make sure we were happy with the work. The project manager was Jon and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He genuinely cared about how we felt and wanted us to love it. He was also very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions during the whole process and made sure things got done and got done on time. We also felt very comfortable with all of the subs they hired. The siding turned out beautiful and matched the original house perfectly. You couldn’t even tell it was an addition from the outside. Carlos did a great job painting the whole house. The tile in the shower and the backsplash were amazing! Mark built the custom cubbies and pantry shelves, and did an absolute beautiful job. It was a dream come true. The owner, Ken, also came by several times to check out the work and made sure it was being done properly. He also wanted to make sure we were happy. I could name so many more people but that could take awhile. We were just so happy with the finished product. We received a binder with all of the design picks and contractors used which will be so helpful. I also appreciate the one year warranty. Thank you again for building our addition and making my parents dream become reality. My dog also loved everyone that came to the house. He became buddies with a lot of them. Haha.

Spectrum was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are beyond pleased with the finished project. They weren’t the lowest price we were quoted but truthfully you get what you pay for because they are organized, communicate well, professional, provide impeccable work and are always available when you have questions or issues. We had them construct an oversized 4 car garage, a small addition and a conversion of an attached garage to an in law suite and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Their sub contractors were also professional and clean providing excellent finished results. Brandon and Vicki made the whole process seamless with selections and expectations and their Foreman John was top tier! Highly recommend Spectrum for your remodel.
