I recommend! Received HOA letter of violation the stucco was coming off the outside wall by faucet. I was out of state and very happy he responded with a reasonable price and did an excellent job with new stucco and a matching repaint of the exterior. More than anyone I have ever hired for anything, Noel stays in touch with his client to keep you fully apprised of the process from start to finish. My home was built in 1963 and while it has been painted many times the stucco and wood were in a sad state. Never did I expect the way it looks now. Noel took a sad tired exterior and changed it from top to bottom. The care and his attention to detail is phenomenal. He truly is an artist and I felt like he treated my home like he was painting his own house. He was always very polite and never (unlike others I have work on my home) left a mess. I had the work done about 2 months ago -sorry I should have written this sooner-and when I drive up I still think OH WOW.
