Tom at Spectrum Renovations came out in the evening to give an estimate for overhead lighting install. His was one of 3 estimates I received, and he offered the lowest rate. I had several follow up questions later in the week and he was always quick with an answer. He was able to schedule the project just a day or so after I approved his bid. He and an associate completed all the work in 1 day and were very respectful, did not make any messes in the house whatsoever. I had some concerns early in the project that things might be a little more involved than I had anticipated, but they were able to work things out very nicely.

Well I Have not yet had anything done, because of loan denial do to lack of equity in my mortgage. Although he did tour through my home to see what I need and want done. So therefore Its taking a while before anything can be done.
